Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of your billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, the accuracy of information you provide, and ensuring that your use of AI-generated content complies with applicable laws and regulations.

Limitation of Liability

HRStak is provided "as is." We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content. Always consult qualified HR and legal professionals for critical decisions.
