Mineral Training Platform: What Mineral Learn Includes and How to Get In
Last updated: October 13, 2026 · Facts read from Mineral and Mitratech pages on October 13, 2026 · HRStak is an independent company and is not affiliated with Mineral
Searching for mineral identification or geology courses? This HRStak page is about Mineral, the HR and compliance company at trustmineral.com, and its employee training software.
What is the Mineral training platform?
The Mineral training platform is Learn, which Mineral calls its Learning Management System (LMS). Mineral says Learn makes it easy to assign, track, and manage employee training courses from inside the Mineral Platform, and that clients use it for onboarding, compliance training, professional development, and workplace challenges.
Learn is one part of a bigger Mineral subscription. Mineral's overview brochure lists Learn next to the Smart Employee Handbook, the HR Compliance Library, a Job Description Library, Salary Compare, a Compliance Calendar, an OSHA Log, and Mineral Experts, HR advisors you reach through the platform or by phone. So when someone at work says "do your Mineral training", they mean a course assigned to you in Learn.
Mineral reports that over five years its clients delivered 4.7 million training courses through Learn, including 1.7 million anti-harassment courses and 1 million workplace safety courses. That is Mineral's own count from its employee training page, not an independent figure. Clients quoted on the same Mineral page mention completion certificates they file electronically, which is the record most HR teams need for compliance training.
Mineral Learn course catalogs: Core and Premium
Which Mineral plans include the Core catalog varies. Mineral's client upgrade FAQ lists Learn in QuickBooks Online Payroll Premium but the Core Courses catalog only in Elite, and Mineral sells Premium catalogs on top. A Mitratech flyer for Mineral Learn says the Core Course Catalog is offered as part of the Essential package and that Premium Course Catalogs require an additional subscription. Mineral's client upgrade FAQ describes Core as courses on the basics of compliance, human resources, customer service, cybersecurity, and professional development.
| Mineral Learn Premium catalog | What Mineral says it covers |
|---|---|
| Workplace Harassment Prevention | Interactive state-mandated topics for employees and managers, plus Diversity, Equity and Inclusion courses |
| Workplace Safety | Personal protective equipment, ladder safety, hazardous materials, transportation, and related safety practice |
| Workplace Safety Plus | Reducing accidents and keeping a safe, compliant workplace; listed as new |
| Leadership and Management | Skills for people who lead teams |
| Communication | Communicating and collaborating with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders |
| AI and Cybersecurity | Spotting and responding to security threats and cyber attacks, per Mineral's cybersecurity package description |
| Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging | Skills and knowledge for a diverse and inclusive workplace |
| Health and Wellness | Employee health, aimed at absenteeism and productivity |
| Microsoft Computer Skills | Everyday use of the Microsoft enterprise software suite |
| Professional Development Plus | Skills, retention, and career growth; listed as new |
The ten Premium catalog names come from Mineral's Learn Course Catalogs page as read October 13, 2026, where Mineral also says it added 200+ new courses in business topics. The course spreadsheets on that Mineral page name outside publishers such as Management Pocketbooks and Enspark next to Mitratech's own Syntrio courses, so Learn is a library assembled from several course makers rather than one house style.
Mineral harassment prevention training and state requirements
Workplace Harassment Prevention is the Mineral Learn catalog most tied to the law. Mineral describes it as training that teaches employees and managers how to identify, handle, and report difficult real-world situations, with interactive state-mandated topics. Mineral's ThinkHR migration page says its harassment policies and courses align to state requirements in California, New York, Connecticut, Delaware, and Maine.
A Mitratech flyer for Mineral Learn lists the harassment course topics as interactive state-mandated topics, valuing diversity, workplace harassment and bullying, unconscious bias, and preventing workplace violence. Mineral's Learn Course Catalogs page adds that this catalog is also available with Guided HR Compliance, a Mineral service that pairs a business with a dedicated HR expert and includes Smart Employee Handbook Plus.
A course catalog does not move the legal duty off your desk. Before you rely on Mineral's harassment training, or any vendor's, check who must be trained, how often, and in what format under each state where you have employees. HRStak does not deliver harassment training; HRStak's Harassment Investigation Guide gives HR a step-by-step process and documentation templates for after a complaint, which is a different job from prevention training.
Who bought Mineral HR? Mitratech, announced January 9, 2024
Mitratech, a compliance technology company in Austin, Texas, announced on January 9, 2024 that it had acquired Mineral and Syntrio, a company known for compliance training, ethics hotlines, and reporting. The press release, also carried on GlobeNewswire that day, describes Mineral as formerly the combined entity of ThinkHR and Mammoth, partnering with more than 2,500 insurance brokers, health insurance companies, PEOs, and HCMs.
For anyone using the Mineral training platform, Mineral's announcement page says the Mineral Platform stays exactly the same: same name, same features, same online account and login, and the same Tech Support route. The Mitratech release counted more than 1,000 eLearning courses across the acquired libraries, and Syntrio courses now appear in Mineral's own Learn catalog lists. One editor's note on a Mitratech page dates the Mineral acquisition to July 2024, but the press release and wire copy are both dated January 9, 2024.
How to log in to the Mineral training platform
The Mineral training platform has no separate Learn website. Learn lives inside the Mineral Platform, and the Mineral Platform sign-in page is at apps.trustmineral.com. The sign-in links that show up in search often carry a partner ID, because many Mineral accounts are set up through the partner that sells or bundles Mineral.
- Sign in to the Mineral Platform. Go to apps.trustmineral.com and use the Mineral account your company or partner set up. Learn is reached from inside the platform.
- Coming from ThinkHR or Mammoth? Mineral's ThinkHR page says those users have been migrated to Mineral and asks anyone unsure where to sign in to contact Mineral support.
- Not sure who gave you access? Ask your benefits broker, PEO, health insurer, or payroll provider. Mitratech says Mineral works through more than 2,500 of those partners.
- Still locked out? Mineral's acquisition page points customers to a Tech Support request form on trustmineral.com.
How much does the Mineral training platform cost?
Mineral does not publish prices for the Mineral training platform. Mineral's page sitemap, read October 13, 2026, lists product, partner, and onboarding pages but no pricing page, and Mineral's training pages close with an invitation to connect with Mineral rather than a price. What Mineral does publish is the shape: Core courses come with the Essential package, Premium catalogs are an additional subscription, and the brochure notes that some solutions may require an additional subscription.
Because so many businesses get Mineral bundled through a broker, PEO, or health insurer, the cost of Mineral training may already sit inside another contract. Ask that partner which Mineral tier you have before you buy a Premium catalog you might already own. For comparison, HRStak publishes its prices on the HRStak plans page: Essentials $249, Workspace $599, and Workspace Pro $999 a month. HRStak is not an LMS, so those numbers buy a different thing.
Mineral training courses online: what employees actually do
Mineral training courses are online e-learning courses. An admin assigns them in Mineral Learn, the employee takes them through the Mineral Platform, and the completion is tracked, with certificates that Mineral clients say they file electronically. In the Communication catalog spreadsheet Mineral publishes, the sample courses run 12 to 45 minutes, and some, such as Business Email Etiquette, include quizzes and a final exam.
Language support varies by course in the Mineral catalog. Many of the Management Pocketbooks courses in that Mineral spreadsheet list text or audio in ten languages, including Arabic, Chinese, German, Japanese, Brazilian Portuguese, Latin American Spanish, and both Canadian and European French, while some other courses are American English only. If your workforce reads mainly Spanish, check each assigned course rather than the catalog as a whole.
Is the Mineral training platform worth it?
The Mineral training platform is worth a look when you want compliance training, an HR advice line, and handbook tools from one vendor, and less so when you only need one of those. These are the tests HRStak would apply, based on what Mineral publishes.
- Good fit. A small or mid-sized US employer that has to run state-mandated harassment prevention training and wants completions and certificates tracked in one place, next to Mineral's HR advisors and handbook builder.
- Check first. You may already have Mineral through your broker, PEO, or payroll provider. Find out what tier you hold before paying for anything new.
- Check first. Your HR system or payroll provider already includes an LMS. Running two training systems means two places to check completions.
- Weaker fit. Your workforce sits mostly outside the United States. Mitratech describes Mineral's partner network as the largest HR community in the U.S., and Mineral lists its harassment course alignment US state by US state.
Mineral Learn vs HRStak: training platform vs AI workspace
Mineral Learn and HRStak get compared because both sit with the HR team, but they do different jobs. This HRStak table uses Mineral's published pages and HRStak's own product pages, read October 13, 2026.
| Mineral Learn (Mineral Platform) | HRStak | |
|---|---|---|
| What it is | LMS inside an HR and compliance service | AI workspace for HR teams |
| Hosts and assigns employee courses | Yes | No |
| Tracks completions and certificates | Yes | No |
| Ready-made course library | Core catalog plus ten Premium catalogs | No |
| Drafts training plans and learning paths | Not described on the Learn pages read | Yes, four learning and development tools |
| Human HR advisors | Mineral Experts | No |
| Published pricing | None on trustmineral.com | $249, $599, or $999 a month |
| Owner | Mitratech, since the January 9, 2024 announcement | HRStak, a division of Direcstaff LLC |
Read the table as two layers, not two rivals. If you need courses delivered and tracked, Mineral Learn or another LMS does that and HRStak does not. If you need the plan behind the courses written, HRStak does that and an LMS usually leaves it to you.
Where HRStak fits next to the Mineral training platform
HRStak is an AI workspace for HR teams, and HRStak's own tools page says plainly that HRStak is not a learning management system and does not track completions. What HRStak does is the writing around training, through four HRStak learning and development tools:
- Training Needs Assessment. Assesses training needs across your organization and drafts prioritized learning recommendations.
- Competency Model Builder. Builds competency models with behavioral indicators and proficiency levels for a role or job family.
- Learning Path Designer. Designs a career development learning path with milestones and resource recommendations.
- Training Workshop Planner. Structures a live workshop with objectives, activities, and a materials list.
A practical split with Mineral Learn: HRStak drafts the needs assessment and the learning path for, say, a newly promoted manager; your HR team picks the matching Mineral Learn courses from Leadership and Management or Communication; Learn assigns them and records completion. HRStak assists with that work and a person reviews every draft. Decisions about who must be trained for legal reasons stay with HR and counsel.
HRStak Workspace Pro at $999 a month includes all 81 HRStak tools, these four among them, and Essentials at $249 a month includes 45+ tools. HRStak has no free trial. To see how HRStak compares with other AI products HR teams buy, HRStak's AI for HR software comparison lays out the field.
